Important Updates and Reminders for the Holiday Season

Dear MNN teams,

I hope this message finds you well. As we enter the festive season, I wanted to share some important updates and reminders to ensure a smooth and successful operation at our nail salon.

1. Time Management during the Busy Christmas Season:

Christmas is an incredibly busy time for us, and we want to provide the best service to our clients. It is crucial that all staff members are punctual for their shifts. Remember, your shift start time is the same as the time of the appointments. If you anticipate running late, please contact Duy immediately with an estimated time of arrival so that adjustments can be made to the booking schedule.

2. Customer Service Policy:

Our commitment to excellent customer service remains a top priority. Please adhere to the following customer service policies:

- Always greet customers with a smile and a warm greeting (e.g., hi, good morning/afternoon/evening, how are you?).

- Express gratitude to clients after the services: "Thank you and see you next time."

- Show respect and patience to clients. Assist them in choosing colors and shapes without raising your voice or displaying a negative attitude.

- Continuously check with clients step by step to ensure their satisfaction and prevent the need for redoing.

- Failure to follow these policies may result in a warning, early shift termination.

- Remember: Treat our clients with the same respect you wish to receive from them.

3. Staff Communication and Teamwork:

Effective communication and teamwork are essential for the success of our salon. Let's continue to respect and support each other during work. Remember, teamwork makes the dream work.

4. Christmas Roster and Bonus:

Duy will be sending out an availability form for the period from December 18 to December 31, 2023. Please complete and return the form to Duy by Monday, December 11, 2023.

As a token of appreciation for your hard work during this period, everyone will receive a bonus equivalent to 10% of their total salary for those two weeks.
